The Company's main focus is enabling stronger, lighter and more functional graphene and graphite enhanced products for the global coatings, battery, construction and polymer composites markets.
The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries Talga Battery Metals AB and Talga Graphene AB operate the Company's natural mineral resource assets in Sweden. Talga Advanced Materials GmbH operates the Company's processing technology test facility and graphene plant operations in Germany. Product research and development is undertaken at Talga Technologies Ltd in Cambridge, UK.
Talga has a host of unique advantages in graphene and battery grade graphite including 100% owned ultra high grade and large natural graphite resources, incredible mining logistics in Sweden, and proprietary cost-effective processing methods, give us clear competitive opportunities. Our development stage allows for large samples for industry testing and our products suit today's additive market.
Minimal processing (no milling or micronisation) and a high performance natural source product results in relatively benign environmental footprint compared to global graphite peers and ensures that the natural high crystallinity flake morphology remains pristine.
Our strategy is to initially identify applications associated with commonly used materials that can be transformed and improved by the availability of high-quality, nominal-cost graphene and uniquely unmilled nanographite. Talga works directly on product development with targeted industrial partners to develop the graphene addtives that meet their needs.
